Job Description
To provide comprehensive Human Resources and Government Relations support by coordinating HR operations, employee administration, regulatory compliance, and government services, ensuring efficient business operations and full compliance with Company policies, Saudi Labor Law, and applicable government regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department and provide general administrative assistance.
- Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, employment letters, salary certificates, experience certificates, and other official correspondence.
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper record management.
- Process and follow up Human Resources and Government Relations transactions through relevant government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, Absher Business, and other applicable systems.
- Coordinate government-related services, including employment visas, visit visas, exit/re-entry visas, Iqama issuance and renewals, work permits, foreign recruitment documentation, and other employee-related government transactions.
- Coordinate with government authorities and external entities regarding employee-related matters and regulatory requirements.
- Support HR operational activities, including attendance management, leave administration, employee requests, HR reporting, and maintaining employee records.
- Support relevant departments in processing government-related requirements to ensure the Company's compliance with applicable regulations and maintain valid licenses, permits, registrations, and certificates through government platforms.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization requirements, Company policies, and other applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of government transactions and monitor renewal schedules to ensure timely completion of all regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure business continuity and cover essential HR activities when required.
- Perform any other Human Resources, Government Relations, or administrative duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Government Relations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Government Relations procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and government platforms.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
