We are looking for a proactive Telesales Admin to join our team in a leading Facility Management company. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team, handle customer inquiries, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client details.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support.
Prepare sales reports and track key performance metrics.
Support the sales team in scheduling appointments and meetings.
Requirements:
Prior experience in telesales or administrative support, preferably in facility management.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
