Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician at Gameforcecomputer TR LLC in Sharjah. The Technician will be responsible for performing hardware and software installations, troubleshooting and repairing gaming PCs and components, conducting system diagnostics, and providing technical support to customers. The Technician will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and documenting service and repair activities.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing gaming PCs and components
Ability to perform system diagnostics and provide technical support
Good organizational and documentation skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
Degree or certification in Computer Science or a related field is beneficial
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: AED1,900.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
