FOCUS MEDIA MIDDLE EAST, the largest elevator media company globally, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team in Dubai. This role is open to fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and administrative tasks. Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internships or part-time HR experience is a plus.
Proficiency in English is essential; basic knowledge of Chinese or Arabic is an advantage.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and UAE labor laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR technologies and processes.
Key Duties & Primary Responsibilities
Assist in posting job vacancies on relevant platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
Assist in conducting exit interviews and processing offboarding formalities.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support in resolving employee concerns and maintaining a positive work environment.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR files and databases.
Support the coordination of training programs and workshops for employees.
Track employee training progress and maintain training records.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager or Line Manager.

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
