Bloomingbird Real Estate is looking for a dynamic HR Executive / Talent Acquisition professional who will manage recruitment and also represent the company in hiring-related content and videos.
This role is ideal for someone confident on camera, organised and passionate about building strong teams in a fast-growing real estate environment.
Position Details
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Location: Dubai Investment Park 1 (DIP), Dubai, UAE
• Salary: AED 6,000 per month
• Benefits: Visa + Medical Insurance
• Joining: Immediate preferred

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Post job openings across LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms
• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews
• Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments
• Maintain and manage candidate databases and recruitment pipelines
• Coordinate onboarding processes and HR documentation
• Work closely with management to identify hiring needs
• Represent the company in hiring campaigns, recruitment videos, and brand content
• Create engaging hiring-related content for LinkedIn and social media platforms
• Assist in strengthening the company’s employer brand and talent outreach
Requirements
• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition preferred
• Confident speaking on camera for hiring and recruitment content
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment/job platforms
• Highly organized with good multitasking abilities
• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
