Position: Hr Executive (Compensation & Benefits)
Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a HR Executive Compensation & Benefits with experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Employee Lifecycle Management within FMCG or Manufacturing industries
.
Key responsibilities
The role will support HR operations including payroll processing, employee benefits administration, HRMS management, compensation benchmarking, and employee records management
, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
.
Preferred candidate profile
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce / Accounting / HR
Experience
- 3 to 5 years experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations
- Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing industry preferred
- Experience with HRMS / Payroll systems
Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Familiarity with HRIS / SAP / Payroll systems
- Understanding of UAE Labour Laws

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with proactive work approach
