We are looking for a fluent English speaker with previous experience in the UAE’s facility management sector to join our team immediately as a Data Entry Specialist.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in the UAE in a similar role.
– Strong ability to work under pressure and learn quickly.
– Proficiency in Excel, quotation preparation, and invoice processing.
Responsibilities:
– Data entry and record management.
– Organizing invoices and archiving files.
– Scheduling cleaning staff shifts and coordinating with drivers.
– Preparing quotations and processing invoices.
– Performing any additional tasks as required.
Job Details:
– Salary: AED 1,800 – 2,500 (depending on experience).
– Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break).
– Workdays: Monday to Saturday.
– Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
