Role Overview:
As a Senior IT Manager , you will lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge marketing technology strategies to drive growth, client engagement, and market visibility. You will oversee the technology backbone of our real estate operations and enhance our marketing outreach through email campaigns, SEO, digital advertising, and software solutions that cater specifically to real estate needs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute IT strategies to support the company’s real estate marketing goals.
– Oversee the implementation and optimization of SEO strategies, ensuring top search engine rankings for our properties and services.
– Lead and manage CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and other marketing automation tools.
– Spearhead the development of real estate-specific software, tools, and platforms to streamline client engagement, sales, and property management.
– Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the seamless integration of IT solutions in digital campaigns, property listings, and client communication channels.
– Ensure the security and efficiency of the company’s technology infrastructure, with a focus on data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery planning.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies that could benefit the firm.
– Manage a team of IT professionals, contractors, and third-party vendors to deliver on company objectives.
– Provide technical support for website management, including lead capture optimization and property showcase enhancements.
– Analyze performance data from online marketing campaigns to make recommendations for improvements.
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on real estate marketing technology.
– Proven experience in email marketing, CRM platforms, SEO, and online marketing for real estate.
– Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
– Experience with real estate software solutions (such as MLS systems, CRM tools, property management platforms).
– Advanced knowledge of web development, database management, and cybersecurity.
– Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
– Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market.
– Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.).
– Experience in software development and custom solutions for real estate operations.
