HR Executive – Healthcare
About City Doctor
City Doctor is a growing home healthcare provider in the UAE, delivering professional and patient-centered medical services through doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams.
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with a healthcare background to support recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, onboarding, compliance, and workforce administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Recruit doctors, nurses, healthcare professionals, operations, customer service, and support staff.
- Coordinate interviews, offer letters, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Support manpower planning with department heads and management.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, visas, Emirates IDs, insurance, and other HR documents.
- Monitor probation periods, attendance, leave, and employee performance.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR-related concerns.
- Support payroll preparation, attendance records, overtime, and leave adjustments.
- Coordinate employee visa, insurance, and documentation renewals.
- Support healthcare licensing documentation and maintain records related to DHA, DOH, and MOHAP, where applicable.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Manage resignation, termination, clearance, and exit processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate HR records at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of HR experience, preferably within healthcare, home healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or medical centres.
- Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Experience recruiting doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals .
- Knowledge of DHA, DOH, MOHAP licensing processes is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- UAE healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and proactive HR professional who understands the fast-paced nature of home healthcare and can independently manage recruitment, employee administration, compliance, and day-to-day HR requirements.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
