Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate visa processing, labor contracts, and employee renewals.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR reports.
- Assist in HR policies implementation and employee relations.
- Coordinate with PRO for labor and immigration requirements.
- Support management with HR administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience in UAE.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred:
- UAE HR experience is mandatory.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems is preferred.
