Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Governance Support

● Manage end-to-end processes for board/shareholder meetings.

● Prepare bilingual (EN/CN) meeting minutes and track resolutions.

● Establish cross-departmental communication mechanisms.

2. Document Management

● Build a centralized file management database.

● Define document classification and archiving standards.

● Ensure security and traceability of critical files.

3. Executive Coordination

● Coordinate global travel arrangements for senior executives.

● Develop travel contingency plans and security protocols.

● Mobilize regional office resources.

4. Seal Management

● Establish seal usage policies and electronic approval workflows.

● Conduct periodic compliance audits.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/related fields preferred.

2. 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or administrative director in multinational corporations.

3. Middle East experience is a plus.

4. Skills:

● Languages: Native Chinese, professional English, basic Arabic (preferred).

● Tools: Advanced MS Office, Visio, OA systems.

● Certifications: PMP/Advanced Administration certifications.

5. Traits:
