Job description:
Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Dubai Head Office
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records.
- Process payroll support.
- Coordinate visa and labor documentation.
- Manage employee attendance and leave.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Organize employee welfare activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 2–4 years of UAE HR experience.
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
- Probation: AED 3,500/month
- After Confirmation: AED 4,000/month
