Merveille Investments L.L.C. is hiring 1 HR Coordinator (Recruitment) to support our growing team in Dubai. This role focuses on end-to-end hiring, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
· Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
· Maintain candidate pipeline and update recruitment trackers
· Assist in offer roll-out and onboarding coordination
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
· 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
· Arabic is an advantage
