The HR Coordinator will support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. This role involves coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and assisting with employee relations and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Assist in organizing training and development programs.

Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in an HR role, within an educational organization (Schools).

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Knowledge of the British curriculum is a plus.
