Job Purpose:
Lead HR consulting engagements for external clients by delivering strategic people solutions that drive organizational transformation and business performance.
Job Requirements:
- Saudi Nationals only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in HR consulting, management consulting, or HR transformation consulting.
- Experience in a leading consulting firm (Big Four, Tier 1/Tier 2, or a specialized HR consulting firm).
- Proven experience leading HR consulting engagements and managing client relationships.
- Strong expertise across most of the following areas:
(HR Strategy & Operating Model Design, Organization Design & Workforce Planning, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Leadership Assessment & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HR Transformation & Change Management, HR Policies, Governance & Operating Procedures).
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Experience in proposal development and business development support is highly preferred.
