Fleet Cars Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Fleet Cars Coordinator is responsible for managing the operations, maintenance, and logistics of the company’s fleet of vehicles. This role ensures optimal vehicle performance, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective fleet management. Key responsibilities include vehicle scheduling, maintenance oversight, inventory control, budget management, driver coordination, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vehicle Scheduling & Allocation:
Coordinate vehicle scheduling and usage to ensure efficient fleet operations.
Arrange appointments with service vendors for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Oversee vehicle registration, renewal of Mulkiya, and other legal requirements.
2. Fleet Maintenance & Repairs:
Manage routine servicing, maintenance schedules, and repair processes.
Ensure fleet compliance with local laws, including insurance, safety inspections, and licensing.
Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate necessary repairs or upgrades with service providers.
3. Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, including vehicles, spare parts, and equipment.
Track vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance history for optimal fleet performance.
4. Cost Management:
Monitor fleet-related expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and repairs, to optimize costs.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures, such as fuel-efficient practices and reducing downtime.
5. Driver Coordination & Training:
Ensure drivers are well-trained in vehicle operation and safety protocols.
Manage driver schedules and ensure adherence to company policies regarding vehicle use.
6. Fleet Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.
Prepare periodic reports on fleet performance, cost analysis, and future fleet needs.
7. Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all vehicles meet government regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
Implement and monitor safety programs to prevent accidents and regulatory violations.
8. Fleet Optimization:
Analyze fleet performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with management to assess vehicle replacement strategies and long-term fleet planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
