Our client is a leading eCommerce company dedicated to delivering an exceptional online shopping experience for customers across Saudi Arabia and the region. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, with a particular focus on talent acquisition and recruitment.
The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives. A core focus of this role will be to drive end-to-recruitment efforts to support business expansion while managing HR operations, employee engagement and performance management.
The ideal candidate must have 8-10 years of HR experience with a track-record in recruitment and talent acquisition. Proven experience in a fast-paced, growth-driven organisation, ideally in eCommerce or a similar industry. Strong knowledge of Saudi labour laws and HR best practices. Fluent in Arabic and English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
