About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our boutique marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have strong HR business partnering experience within the UAE agency landscape and understand the dynamics of creative, media, digital, production, and events businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead recruitment across creative, media, digital, production, events, and client services roles.
- Drive employee engagement, talent development, and retention initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, organizational change, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to business leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–12 years' HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles.
- Mandatory UAE agency experience in creative, media, digital, branding, production, events, or integrated marketing agencies.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
