daa Internationalare seeking a dynamic and high-performing individual to provide expert and professional HR advice to our team at our flagship project at Red Sea International (RSI) Airport (c. 400 team members). To do this, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will partner closely and work collaboratively with the People Managers across the RSI team helping them to build a work environment that retains and attracts the best people and recognises our people and their performance.
The HRBP will be recognised as a credible and trusted “People Expert” for our People Managers and will provide support across all areas of HR to all levels of our team, delivering consistent high quality HR services in line with our daa International values, policies and best practice. Critical to the success of this role is the ability for the HRBP to understand how the RSI project works and the role holder will be expected to be visibly present across the Airport, ensuring that HR are providing tangible value-add support to the management team and the employees. The successful candidate will be a key member of the daa International KSA HR team and will contribute their experience, ideas, and thoughts to the wider HR team agenda.
Responsibilities:
Provide a range of HR services to support the end-to-end employee experience in Red Sea International Airport Project, ensuring the proper organisation and execution of HR activities in compliance with local regulations.
Proactively support and guide People Managers in the implementation of our HR policies, processes, and ways of work.
Provide front line advice to People Managers on employee relations issues, acting as an expert advisor in Saudia Arabian labour law.
Develop a deep knowledge of the key issues across the Airport to assist the delivery of effective people solutions and HR services.
Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure the successful onboarding, induction and probation management of new employees who join the Red Sea International Airport team.
Deliver frontline HR support on people matters and all activities associated during employment such as transfers, promotions, leave of absence and performance management.
Develop and foster effective, collaborative relationship with key stakeholders within the Red Sea International Airport Management team.
Work with the KSA HR team and the People Managers to implement HR initiatives and enhance employee welfare.
