Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to support organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters.
- Support workforce planning and succession initiatives.
- Advise managers on performance management processes.
- Assist in organizational restructuring where required.
- Support compensation and salary review exercises.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with labor legislation and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations.
- Contribute to HR projects and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations.
- Excellent coaching and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Professional HR certifications would be advantageous.
