Position: HR Assistant – Tamheer Program (تمهير)
Job Responsibilities
Processing all types of self-services for employees who have no access to the system.
Contributing to the onboarding process of newly hired employees.
Supporting recruiting needs, participating in senior management recruitment processes, and preparing job offers for selected candidates as needed.
Building talent pipelines for future project initiatives and requirements, communicating with international manpower companies to supply suitable candidates, and issuing electronic delegations through the Enjaz website.
Coordinating with all departments to ensure employee information is up-to-date.
Skills
Professional knowledge of Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS).
Understanding of Organizational Development concepts and principles.
Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Legislation.
