HR Assistant Male /Urdu Speaker Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Bouquet Exhibition L.L.C
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assists all employment related matters including contract, visa, license and other
documents.
· Assists with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
· Maintains both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.
· Assists with performance management procedures .
· Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain agendas.
· Coordinates training sessions and seminars.
· update records of new staff.
· Produces and submits reports on general HR activity to the HR and Administration
Manager.
· Keeps up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
· Performs other assignment as required from time to time by the management.
· Managing proactive procedures for all work visas and work permits in a timely manner.
· Send notification of the required documents before the visa / work card of the
company’s expires.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience as an HR coordinator/assistant manager.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
