HR Assistant

. This role is essential in supporting the HR department with day-to-day administrative and personnel tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and maintain employee records.
Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure proper induction procedures.
Maintain HR databases and update employee information regularly.
Support payroll processing by collecting attendance and leave records.
Assist in organizing staff training, evaluations, and employee engagement activities.
Respond to HR-related queries and provide general administrative support.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
