FertiClinic Fertilization Centre LLC OPC is a leading fertility and IVF healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through innovation, professionalism, and excellence. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and timekeeping records.
- Coordinate visa, labor, and licensing documentation as required.
- Support employee performance appraisal and training activities.
- Ensure HR files and documentation are organized and confidential.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance with UAE Labor Law and healthcare regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Atleast 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
✅ Knowledge of:
- UAE Labour Law
- Recruitment and onboarding processes
- HR documentation and employee records
✅ Proficient in:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
✅Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare or hospital HR experience is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Experience with JCI-accredited healthcare facilities is an advantage
