Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admission Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end admission process for students aspiring to study abroad. This role involves guiding students through application procedures, coordinating with international universities, and ensuring a seamless admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling: Provide guidance and support to students regarding university selection, admission requirements, and application procedures.
Application Processing: Assist students in preparing and submitting complete application packages, ensuring compliance with university requirements.
University Coordination: Communicate with partner universities and institutions to stay updated on admission policies, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities.
Documentation & Compliance: Verify and review student documents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is submitted accurately and on time.
Visa Assistance: Guide students through visa application processes, coordinating with relevant authorities as needed.
Follow-ups & Communication: Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and universities to track application status and resolve any queries.
Marketing & Outreach: Support promotional activities, webinars, and educational fairs to attract prospective students.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of student applications, admissions, and enrollments in the company’s CRM system.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in student admissions, education consultancy, or a similar role.
Knowledge: Familiarity with international university admission processes, especially for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
