Role SummaryÂ
We’re seeking a part-time HR & Recruiting Specialist to support our hiring efforts, particularly for roles based in the UAE or remote. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working flexibly, thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, and wants to make a direct impact on a growing team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end hiring process for UAE-based or remote roles (job scoping, JD creation, posting, screening, interviews, coordination, and offer stage).
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and advise on best hiring practices.
Proactively source and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.
Assist with administrative HR tasks (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, documentation).
Support talent management efforts including performance check-ins and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure all immigration/visa requirements for the employees are administered effectively
Manage the medical insurance enrollment and deletion process
Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
Support on additional admin tasks remote as well as in-person, as needed.

Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on experience in recruiting or HR within the UAE, preferably in a high-growth startup or DTC/e-commerce environment.
Strong understanding of best practices in remote hiring and UAE/GCC labor market dynamics.
Clear, professional communicator with strong coordination skills—you can keep candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders aligned
Proficiency in HR administration, including contract drafting, onboarding, and basic compliance is a plus.
Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes (e.g., onboarding, performance check-ins, offboarding) is desirable.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently and remotely, while also being a collaborative team player. Strong communication skills are essential.
Experience working with Slack or other communication software, Google Suite, and monday.com (or related project management tools).
