Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end resolution of employee HR queries via our case management/self-service portal, ensuring SLA and quality targets are consistently met
- Handle routine to moderately complex HR transactions (payroll, leave, benefits, employee data) and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Maintain strict data accuracy and confidentiality in a highly sensitive HR data environment (“Right First Time” approach)
- Close 100% of “How-To” and information requests within 48 hours
- Contribute to and maintain the HR knowledge base/FAQs to speed up future resolutions
- Build strong working relationships across the HR Shared Services and People teams
- Support process improvement initiatives and share best practices with the team
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or Customer Service/Help Desk role
- 1–2 years’ hands-on experience with SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll modules)
- Experience with case management/ticketing tools
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
