Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive HR Administrator to join our HR team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and various HR-related tasks, ensuring compliance with all UAE labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

– Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.

– Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts and conducting induction sessions.

– Administer employee benefits and ensure that all relevant HR data is updated in the HR management system.

– Prepare and maintain HR reports, ensuring compliance with internal and legal requirements.

– Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other employee development programs.

– Support the HR team in managing performance appraisal processes, promotions, and employee feedback.

– Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and assist in ensuring company compliance.

– Manage employee leave records, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of leave.

– Support in the preparation of payroll data and ensure timely submission to the payroll team.

– Assist with exit interviews and the offboarding process for resigning or terminating employees.

– Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Key Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

– Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR practices.

– Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

– Experience with HR management systems is a plus.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

– Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

– Proactive attitude with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
