About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR & Administration Officer to join our new branch in Dubai. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions as we establish our presence in the region. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of local labor laws, at least 3 years of relevant experience in Dubai, and the ability to effectively coordinate with local government authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, and offboarding.
Handle visa applications, work permits, and employee documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
Act as the main point of contact with relevant government bodies (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, DED) to ensure legal compliance.
Oversee office administrative functions including procurement, office maintenance, travel arrangements, and asset management.
Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking in coordination with the finance team.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented in alignment with local regulations and company standards.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR and administration roles in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of local labor law and HR practices.
Familiarity with government portals and processes (e.g., visa applications, labor contracts).
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
