Purpose of the Job:

To provide administrative and HR support ensuring smooth execution of daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance, visa processing, employee accommodation, transportation, and compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
  • Supporting attendance and leave administration.
  • Assisting with payroll preparation and HR reporting.
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Coordinating meetings, training sessions, and office logistics.
  • Performing other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualification : Bachelor HR or Business Admin

Experience : Fresh Graduation to one year experience

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Friday: 7:30 am to 3:15 pm (with prayer break)
  • Must be flexible to report on-site when required
