HR & Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
Clerical support for visa application.
Prepare and process visa (new/renewal), trade license (new/renewal) and manage company documents.
Prepare memo, invoices or other reports.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/telephone/fax.
Schedule appointments and update event calendars.
Prepare reports, payments, and presentations for internal communications.
Collaborate with the recruiter to post ads on career pages and process incoming resumes.
Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training.
Process employee requests and provide relevant information.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
Maintain records (soft and hard copies).
HR Support
Required:
Manage medical insurance applications, cancellations, and renewals.
Gather employee data and maintain the database; review and combine this information into established reports.
Assist with specific projects related to HR Administration, Compensation and Benefits, and Recruitment.
Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and binding.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, or similar field.
At least 3 years of working experience in HR in Riyadh. Candidates must be familiar with local HR-related regulations, systems, HR payroll systems, etc.
Ability to make the needed connections between systems, processes, and individuals to facilitate change.
Demonstrated a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Arabic and English as working languages.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws in KSA.
