We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outdoor/indoor architectural material sales, with specific, proven experience selling and managing HPL (High-Pressure Laminate) toilet cubicle systems and partition solutions to the UAE construction and commercial fit-out market.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with main contractors, MEP sub-contractors, interior designers, and project consultants across the UAE.
- Product Specialization: Drive sales specifically for our HPL toilet cubicle systems, lockers, and related wall cladding solutions, effectively communicating technical specifications and material benefits.
- Project Pipeline Management: Track active construction projects from the early design/specification phase through to the final tendering and procurement stages.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with project managers, procurement heads, and commercial teams to secure on corporate vendor lists.
- Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare accurate commercial quotes, handle technical submittals, negotiate contract terms, and ensure smooth post-sale coordination with our site execution teams.
