Job Family Definition
- Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams.
- Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers’ businesses.
- As trusted advisor create and maintain effective customer relationships so as to insure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge.
- Actively contribute to the company’s solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects.

Contributions include applying intermediate level of subject matter expertise to solve common technical problems. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and recommendations for appropriate action. Works independently within an established framework and with moderate supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform varied and general tasks involved in controlling inventory; shipping, receiving, storing and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment (e.g., movement of materials through the use of pallet jacks, daily collection of appropriate statistics, routine maintenance).
- Follow detailed documentation and instructions to gather data and run transactions in appropriate IT systems to support inventory control and team support.
- Develop an understanding of site functional processes (e.g., inventory control, shipping and receiving, conducting cycle counts, security access systems) to perform basic operations.
- Learn and become proficient on various Supply Chain tools and processes:
Konnect, SFDC, SharePoint, Smart Store. - Call handling application use, ability to conduct ordering and management of material.
- Understand a broad spectrum of the company’s technology in order to deliver part of a detailed technical design, which meets customer requirements.
- Support in installing new systems applications; updating applications, firmware, and drivers; creating boundaries for as well as performing configuration and testing activities; applications programming for assigned modules within a larger program; assisting in the preparation of technical presentations and demonstrations; and participating in customer meetings.
- Work with minimal direction from the technical lead and with customer nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Manage the Parts and Logistics of a large scale Support operation and manage supply chain tasks/ reports.
- Log cases and follow up till resolution and act as a point of contact for consolidated cases management in the site.
- Participate as part of a team and maintain good relationships with team members and customers.
