An international Engineering consultancy Company is seeking a professional Housing and settlement Expert for its Building construction, Land and water transport infrastructure project located in East-Africa, Rwanda.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Housing Development, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in housing development, settlement planning, or infrastructure projects.
- At least 5 years in a senior advisory or leadership role in housing strategies.
- Experience in housing programs, resettlement schemes, and community-based settlement initiatives.
- Proven experience in policy development, feasibility studies, and integration of housing projects into broader urban development frameworks.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, community participation, and capacity building for housing and settlement projects.
- Prior experience working with Donor-funded projects is highly desirable
