Housekeeping Trainer – Healthcare Jobs in Dubai at Accuro Specialist Support Services

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accommodation Coordinator to manage employee housing arrangements efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure that accommodations meet company standards, comply with UAE regulations, and provide a comfortable living environment for our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage employee housing allocations based on company policies.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, MOHRE regulations, and health & safety standards.
Assist in maintaining accommodation records, contracts, and reports.
Handle accommodation-related requests, concerns, and issue resolutions.
Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure proper upkeep and cleanliness of facilities.
Liaise with government authorities for approvals, permits, and inspections.
Monitor occupancy levels and optimize space management efficiently.

Requirements:

✔ Previous experience in accommodation coordination or labour camp management.
✔ Knowledge of UAE housing regulations and MOHRE guidelines.
✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and report management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
