Key Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (other languages will be an advantage)
Should be based in Dubai/UAE
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Real Estate industry (UAE)
Proven track record of Real Estate Sales
Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Well-presented and a good work ethics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in purchasing properties that match their needs and financial capabilities
Promote and market properties through ads, open houses, and listings
Provide expert advice on market trends, prices, and legal requirements for real estate purchases
Negotiate fair and transparent terms with clients
Perform property evaluations and comparative market analysis to determine property values
Stay informed about the latest real estate trends, market developments, and best practices
Qualifications:
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and possess excellent interpersonal abilities
Immediate availability is an advantage
1-2 years of experience in real estate in Dubai, UAE (preferred)
