Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to manage daily operations across multiple housekeeping sites. The ideal candidate will ensure high cleaning standards, lead teams effectively, and maintain a safe, organized working environment.
A valid UAE manual driving license (minivan) is mandatory, as the role includes driving company vehicles such as Toyota Hiace or Nissan Urvan for staff and material transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping teams to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities
- Ensure all cleaning activities meet company quality standards
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
- Prepare duty rosters and assign daily tasks
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain records of attendance, performance, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Drive company minivan when required for staff or logistics support
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and safety practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid UAE manual driving license (minivan required)
