WE ARE HIRING – HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR (LIVE IN)
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to manage a team of housemaids and support daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage housemaids
- Handle staff concerns and resolve issues
- Train new maids and monitor performance
- Ensure quality of service
- Prepare daily/weekly reports to HR
- Manage schedules and attendance
Requirements:
- Experience in supervision or team management
- Good English communication
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Organized and responsible
