About the Role
We are hiring experienced Housekeeping Staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control across our clinic.
This role requires prior experience in medical, clinical, or polyclinic environments, with a strong understanding of healthcare cleaning protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all clinic areas, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, washrooms, and staff zones.
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols as per healthcare standards.
- Ensure proper waste segregation (general, medical, sharps).
- Support daily clinic operations by preparing rooms before and after procedures.
- Refill consumables (tissues, sanitizers, gloves, etc.) and report stock shortages.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and patient‑friendly environment.
- Coordinate with the nursing and operations team for cleaning schedules and urgent requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in housekeeping within a medical clinic, hospital, or polyclinic.
- Knowledge of infection control, medical waste handling, and cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain high hygiene standards.
- Physically fit, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
- Professional attitude and good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
