Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare daily meals for the household, focusing on Chinese dishes
Create a variety of menus that reflect the authentic flavors and ingredients of Chinese cuisine.
Source fresh ingredients and ensure high-quality food preparation.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization at all times.
Ensure that meals are prepared, cooked, and served according to family preferences
Offer flexibility with meal preparation times, such as preparing lunches, dinners, and occasional special events or gatherings.
Requirements:
Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus, though not required.
Proven experience as a private chef, or in a similar position, with expertise in Chinese cuisine.
Deep knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques and flavors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
