Facade Project Manager
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for facade construction.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the feasibility of facade designs and alignment with project goals.
Lead project teams and efficiently allocate resources to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality execution of facade systems.
Design & Technical Coordination:
Review and approve facade designs, ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Work closely with design teams and specialists to optimize facade performance, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee the preparation of technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for facade materials and systems.
Procurement & Vendor Management:
Oversee procurement processes for facade-related materials, systems, and subcontractors.
Conduct tendering, supplier selection, and contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
Ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Quality Control & Assurance:
Supervise all phases of the project to ensure quality workmanship, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and audits to verify that all work aligns with approved plans and project standards.
Promptly address any quality, performance, or compliance issues related to the facade system.
