Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Male and Female Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.
- Ensure rooms are properly prepared and inspected before guest arrival.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and service areas.
- Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience in a 3 or 4 star hotel is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
