We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the Housekeeping Department in delivering exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and luxury residential experiences while driving operational excellence and developing a high‑performing team.

You will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, residences, public areas, linen services, and back‑of‑house areas consistently exceed Inter Continental brand standards. From leading and developing your team to managing quality inspections, departmental budgets, inventory, productivity, and guest satisfaction, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through operational excellence.

You will collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Security, Finance, and other operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the property.

Your Day‑to‑Day

No two days are the same; your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Housekeeping Operations

  • Lead all housekeeping operations across guest rooms, residences, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
  • Ensure all areas consistently meet Inter Continental brand standards and luxury expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor cleanliness, maintenance concerns, and presentation standards throughout the property.
  • Coordinate deep cleaning and preventive housekeeping programs.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, motivate, coach, and develop housekeeping colleagues and supervisors.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and retain high‑performing team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support career development planning.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and service‑focused team culture.
  • Promote employee engagement and recognition initiatives.

Guest Experience

  • Ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards prior to arrival.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback and housekeeping requests.
  • Support VIP arrivals, long‑stay guests, and special requests.
  • Partner with Front Office to deliver seamless arrival and departure experiences.
  • Drive continuous improvement through guest satisfaction feedback.
