Job Description
Black Pearl is supporting a growing healthcare group in recruiting experienced Housekeeping Managers for its hospital operations in Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities:
Manage daily housekeeping operations across the hospital.
Supervise, schedule and support a team of approximately 12 housekeeping staff.
Ensure patient rooms, clinical areas, public spaces and offices meet required cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Conduct regular inspections and address service or cleanliness issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with infection-control, health and safety, and hospital policies.
Manage cleaning supplies, equipment and inventory.
Train staff and monitor their attendance, productivity and service quality.
Coordinate with nursing, facilities and other hospital departments.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
Approximately 5–8 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibility.
Previous housekeeping experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is essential.
Strong knowledge of hospital hygiene, infection-control and safety practices.
Experience supervising and developing housekeeping teams.
Good planning, communication and problem-solving skills.
Arabic communication skills are required; English communication skills would be an advantage.
Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
Willing to relocate to Riyadh or Jeddah.
Working conditions and benefits:
