Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and ensure efficient workflow.
* Ensure all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness and quality standards.
* Prepare staff schedules, assign daily tasks, and supervise the housekeeping team.
* Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, quality, and brand standards.
* Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Maintenance, and other operational departments to ensure timely room readiness.
* Monitor housekeeping inventory and ensure the availability of cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
* Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns.
* Prepare departmental reports, monitor performance indicators, and implement continuous improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the hotel industry.
* Proven experience in managing hotel housekeeping operations.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and health & safety regulations.
* Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
* Full-time availability.
* English proficiency is preferred.
