Cleaning guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, and corridors to the hotel’s high standards for guest arrivals. Ensuring towels and linen are refilled, replaced, and stored correctly. Performing any basic maintenance or reporting and coordinating major maintenance requirements. Using appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes, ensuring safe work practices are maintained. Ensuring high standards of property presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role. A friendly,
customer-focused
attitude with the drive to provide total
customer satisfaction
. Strong
attention to detail
with a passion for hospitality. Good
communication
