Elite Butlers is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a distinguished royal family with private residences across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a meticulous and service-driven Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation within a prestigious private estate.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with experience in luxury hotels or private households, who takes pride in attention to detail and delivering a flawless living environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization across all areas of the residence, including bedrooms, living spaces, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitization to the highest standards.
• Manage laundry, ironing, and garment care, including handling delicate and high-value fabrics.
• Ensure proper care and upkeep of fine furnishings, antiques, and luxury materials.
• Prepare rooms and spaces to a guest-ready standard at all times.
• Coordinate with the Butler and Estate Manager to ensure seamless household operations.
• Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities.
• Assist with deep cleaning schedules and special cleaning projects.
• Adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
• Respect the privacy, preferences, and cultural values of the household at all times.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 2–6 years of experience in housekeeping within luxury hotels, private residences, or UHNW households.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and fabric care.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in managing tasks.
• Well-presented with a professional and discreet approach to work.
• Basic communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-standard environment.
• Familiarity with luxury service expectations and Gulf region preferences is preferred.
• Flexible with working hours and travel across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia if required.
