We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Al‑Rayyan. This is a contract position with a monthly salary of $1100.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the housekeeping department
- Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor performance
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance across all facility areas
- Create and maintain work schedules
- Conduct training sessions for new staff members
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry (preferably in a similar setting)
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Strong leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team
- Effective communication skills with guests and colleagues
