We are hiring a House Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of a household in Al-Rayyan As the House Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all household tasks and supervising the domestic staff This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all domestic staff including cleaners, cooks and drivers
- Create and maintain schedules for household tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently and on time
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance repairs and deliveries as needed
- Keep track of household expenses and maintain budget control
- Oversee meal planning and grocery shopping
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the household at all times
- Handle any special requests or arrangements made by the family members or guests
- Provide assistance with event planning and organizing parties or gatherings at the household
Requirements
- Previous experience as a House Manager or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is a plus - Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively manage domestic staff members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays if needed
