A high-profile international family is seeking an experienced, hands-on Household Manager to oversee their primary residence in Czech republic. This is a senior, trust-based role requiring strong operational oversight, discretion, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of both residences and manage household staff.
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and pet care.
- Manage family logistics and children’s schedules.
- Maintain the household management system.
- Ensure exceptional HNW service standards across both residences.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing HNW/UHNW households.
- Proven leadership and organisational skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.
- Experience caring for luxury interiors, fine fabrics, and high-value furnishings.
- Discreet, adaptable, and service-driven with excellent judgement.
- Professional fluency in both Russian and English is essential to communicate effectively with the principals, family members, and household staff.
Package
- Net salary: €4,000–5,000 per month (depending on experience).
